Claim or correct a profile

Give patients clearer, source-backed information about your clinic.

Claiming is free. It confirms who you represent and gives your clinic a structured route to correct facts, submit evidence and respond to the research shown.

What a claim proves

Association with the clinic

  • A named contact is authorised to represent the clinic.
  • The clinic has a reviewed route for corrections and evidence.
  • It does not independently confirm clinical claims, credentials or care quality.
Provider submissions are attributed as such unless another independent source supports them.

A simple, reviewed process

How claiming works

  1. 01

    Identify the profile

Choose the clinic profile and give us a work email, role and public website so we can identify the right clinic and location.

  2. 02

    Confirm your association

We check that the claimant is authorised to represent the clinic, usually through its domain or another documented route.

  3. 03

    Submit corrections and evidence

Tell us which fields need attention and provide the source or document supporting each requested change. A researcher reviews it before publication.

Prepare your evidence

Bring the source for each change

A concise, field-specific submission is easier to review than a general request to rewrite a profile. Useful starting materials include:

Identity and locations

  • • Legal and trading names
  • • Treatment location addresses
  • • Current website and contact routes

Clinicians and credentials

  • • Named clinicians and roles
  • • Registration numbers
  • • Stage-by-stage responsibility

Prices and terms

  • • Current itemised quote
  • • Inclusions and likely extras
  • • Deposit, refund and cancellation terms

Aftercare and complications

  • • Routine follow-up plan
  • • Out-of-hours and emergency routes
  • • Revision and responsibility terms

A website claim and an independent check are different evidence

A badge on a clinic website supports “clinic published”. To show a registration or accreditation as independently confirmed, Medical Destinations needs to match it to an identifiable official or issuer-controlled source.

Your profile

Start a claim or correction

Tell us which clinic you represent and how we can confirm the relationship. If you arrived from a clinic page, its name should already be filled in.

Before submitting

  • • Use your clinic-domain work email where possible.
  • • Identify the exact clinic and treatment location.
  • • Link each correction to a public source or describe the supporting document.

Use this form to claim a profile, request a correction, offer evidence or ask about independent verification. We check association before making provider-requested changes.

Fields marked “required” must be completed.

What would you like us to help with? (required)

Choose the main reason for contacting the provider research team.

For example, a clinic-domain email address or a public team-page link. Do not include passwords or patient information.

Tell us which facts you want reviewed and include the public source URLs where possible. We will arrange a secure route for private documents if needed.

Corrections

Factual changes are evidence-led

We review the requested field, supporting source and existing record together. A changed website claim does not silently replace an independent register finding, and a missing page does not automatically become “Not found”.

Right of reply

Context can be recorded without changing the source

Where appropriate, a clinic response can sit alongside the researched finding. It remains attributable to the provider and does not convert that finding into independent confirmation.

Common questions

Before you submit

Does claiming mean Medical Destinations has verified the clinic?

No. A claim confirms that an authorised representative is associated with the clinic. Individual facts keep their own evidence labels until the relevant source or register has been checked.

Can we edit the profile ourselves?

No. Medical Destinations retains editorial control. You can propose corrections, provide evidence and give a right of reply; a researcher reviews each change before it can be published.

What happens when our website changes?

Send the updated URL and identify the affected fields. Website claims remain labelled as clinic-published unless they are also confirmed through an independent checking route.

Can we request an independent evidence review at the same time?

Yes. Select verification interest on the form. We will confirm the assessment scope, evidence requirements and fee separately; payment does not guarantee a particular outcome.
